Terms of Sale
Courtesy version. The contract is concluded in French. This English text is an adaptation provided for your convenience. If the two differ, the French version prevails (article 13).
1. Scope
These Terms of Sale govern every subscription to a paid plan on sellom.io. The SELLOM by Enumalon service is published by Enumalon SAS (the “Provider”).
The paid plans are offered exclusively to businesses acting for the purposes of their commercial, industrial, craft, professional or agricultural activity (the “Customer”). They are not offered to consumers, nor to legal entities that do not act for professional purposes. “You” means the Customer.
Customer’s declaration
To order, the Customer enters its company name, declares that it acts in a professional capacity by ticking the box provided in Stripe Checkout, and enters its intra-EU VAT number if it has one.
2. Plans and prices
Three paid plans are available. All are monthly. There is no annual plan.
| Plan | Monthly price excl. VAT | Active domains | Measurements per calendar month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Business | €39.00 excl. VAT | 1 | 4: 2 manual and 2 scheduled |
| Agency 5 | €149.00 excl. VAT | 5 | 10, shared across domains |
| Agency 10 | €299.00 excl. VAT | 10 | 20, shared across domains |
Prices are shown excluding VAT. Applicable VAT is added (article 5).
A free test is also available. It covers 5 questions and creates no subscription.
Quotas are counted per calendar month, from the first to the last day of the month (UTC). An unused measurement does not carry over. The service is automated: no human consulting or implementation work is included.
2.1 Earlier contracts
The Pro, Pro+, Agency and One-shot report offers are no longer sold. Contracts concluded before 26/09/2026 remain governed by the terms accepted at the time of the order, including their withdrawal rules. Those rules do not apply to any subscription made from that date. No automatic migration takes place.
3. The service
Sellom measures how often a brand or domain appears in the answers of artificial intelligence models. It queries those models through their official online services. It does not scrape and does not use unauthorised access.
3.1 Models queried
Paid plans query five model families: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral and Perplexity. Perplexity and Gemini answers rely on a web search; the others answer without one. The free test queries three families. The models requested, the versions returned and the coverage obtained are shown in the evidence of each measurement. The list may change; the current method is published on the Methodology page.
3.2 Indicative results
Results are indicative. They are valid at the date and under the conditions of the measurement. The overall score comes with no validated margin of error. An unavailable axis is not a score of zero.
- No visibility gain is guaranteed. Following the recommendations does not guarantee any place in AI answers.
- Results vary from one measurement to the next. Third-party models change without any action on your part.
- Results are not professional advice (marketing, legal, financial).
3.3 Third-party AI answers
The answers quoted in reports are produced by third-party models. The Provider does not write or control them. It is not responsible for their content, accuracy or changes.
3.4 Incomplete measurements and cost caps
Each measurement uses paid online services. Five situations apply.
- Site cannot be read. If your site cannot be read or does not say enough (access refused, redirect refused, time limit exceeded, home page with no text, questions that cannot be written), the measurement covers what the AI assistants know about the brand, without a citation rate; it is counted as an ordinary measurement. Only an address that does not respond at all, and from which no brand can be inferred, is not counted: no AI is queried and the credit for that measurement is returned to you. Measurements stopped before an AI is queried are limited to twenty per account per day: beyond that, the request is refused and is not counted. A scheduled measurement stopped this way produces no report: you are notified by email.
- Outage at a model provider. If a measurement cannot be completed because a model provider is unavailable, the report states which models did not answer and the coverage obtained. The credit for that measurement is returned to you: it is not counted against your monthly quota.
- Measurement reduced or stopped by a cost cap. If a cost cap is reached during a measurement, it may cover fewer questions or models than planned, or stop before all models have been queried. The report explains this: it states what was measured, what was not, and why. The credit for that measurement is also returned to you.
- Account safety cap. A safety cap limits the cumulative cost of a paid account’s measurements over the month. It exists to detect cost drift; it is not your quota. If it is reached, the requested measurement is refused and is not counted. The Provider is notified, checks the account and lifts the cap; you can also write to contact@sellom.io.
- Measurement deferred or refused by a cap. The service applies a daily cap and monthly caps. If the daily cap is reached, a measurement may be deferred to the next day. If a monthly cap is reached, it may be deferred to the next calendar month. A deferred scheduled measurement runs at a later pass when the cap allows, and is counted only once it has run. A manual measurement blocked by a cap is refused with a message and is not counted; you can start it again when the cap allows.
No execution time is guaranteed in these cases. The caps protect the continuity of the service. They do not reduce the monthly quota of the plan.
4. Ordering and formation of the contract
You choose a plan. You check the summary, the price excluding VAT, the VAT calculated and the price including VAT. You enter your billing details. You confirm the order, with an obligation to pay, in Stripe Checkout. The contract is formed at that confirmation.
Accepting these Terms is mandatory, by ticking a box before payment. An order confirmation is sent to the account email address with these Terms attached as a PDF, so you receive them on a durable medium. If that email does not arrive, a confirmed payment remains valid; the subscription status is shown in My account.
5. VAT, payment and late payment
The applicable VAT is calculated at payment according to the customer’s country and status:
- customer in France: French VAT at the rate in force;
- business customer established in another EU Member State with a valid intra-EU VAT number: reverse charge by the customer (art. 283-2 of the French General Tax Code), invoice without VAT;
- customer established outside the EU: French VAT does not apply.
The calculation is made by Stripe Tax from the billing address and VAT number entered. The amount including VAT is shown before confirmation.
Payment is by bank card through Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Sellom stores no card data. The subscription is payable in advance and charged every month on the anniversary of the subscription date. No discount is granted for early payment.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. Without settlement, access to paid features is suspended. Reports already produced remain available.
Between businesses, any late payment automatically triggers, without any reminder being needed, late-payment interest at three times the legal interest rate and a fixed recovery fee of €40 (art. L. 441-10 and D. 441-5 of the French Commercial Code). The Provider may claim further compensation, on supporting evidence, if its actual recovery costs are higher.
6. Term, cancellation and refunds
The subscription is concluded for an indefinite period and renews every month.
You can cancel at any time, free of charge, from “My account”, Subscription section. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly period already paid. Access stays open until then. No further charge is made.
The month in progress is not refunded, neither in full nor pro rata. One exception applies: a total unavailability of the service for more than 72 consecutive hours attributable to the Provider gives rise to a pro rata credit note on the next invoice.
7. No right of withdrawal
A customer who subscribes for the purposes of its professional activity has no right of withdrawal.
Exception in article L. 221-3 of the French Consumer Code: a business with five employees or fewer is treated like a consumer if two conditions are met. The contract is concluded away from business premises, and its subject is outside the scope of that business’s main activity. An online subscription on sellom.io is a distance contract, not an off-premises contract: the exception does not apply to it.
8. Service level
- sellom.io (interface): target availability 99.5 % per month, excluding planned maintenance;
- api.sellom.io: target availability 99.0 % per month.
These are targets of means, not guarantees of result. The time a measurement takes depends on the response times of third-party models.
9. Liability
The Provider is not liable for:
- decisions taken on the basis of reports;
- the content of third-party AI answers (article 3.3);
- score variations caused by updates to third-party models;
- interruptions attributable to model providers;
- indirect damage, such as loss of revenue or customers.
The Provider’s total liability is capped at the amounts paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.
10. Intellectual property
The reports generated belong to the customer who ordered them. The customer may use them for personal or internal business purposes. Reselling or publicly distributing raw reports, without substantial added value, is prohibited.
The Sellom service, its brand, logo and algorithms belong to Enumalon SAS. Any unauthorised reproduction is an infringement.
11. Changes to prices and Terms
The Provider may change its prices or these Terms. Active subscribers are notified by email 30 days before the change takes effect. They may cancel free of charge during that period. The new price or Terms apply from the first monthly renewal after the 30-day notice ends. A month already paid is never changed.
12. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
13. Language of the contract
The contract is concluded in French. The English, Spanish and Portuguese versions of these Terms are adaptations provided for your convenience. If they differ, the French version prevails.
14. Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by French law.
Business customer that is a trader: exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial court of Aubenas (art. 48 of the French Code of Civil Procedure), including where there are several defendants or a third-party claim.
Other business customer: the court that has jurisdiction under ordinary rules.
